Mt Kenya Fundraiser — Mission Accomplished
We did it. 🎉

In March 2026, Jocasta Fay (Trustee) and Grant Fay (former Trustee) completed a gruelling four-day trek along the Chogoria route and reached the summit of Lenana Peak — 4,985 metres above sea level — raising over £1,000 for the children of EKO.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, teachers’ wages have been paid this month, and we are already in the process of purchasing the textbooks that our Year 6 students urgently need as they prepare for their national examinations.

Every pound raised has made — and will continue to make — a profound difference in the lives of these children. We are deeply grateful to every single person who donated, shared, or cheered us on.
